A: It cost nothing to create an account. You will get an automatic balance of $5.00 in your account. Your account balance is depleted each time you receive a click. The amount of depletion is based upon the amount you are willing to pay per click. The higher your bid the better your position is and the more likely you will get clicks.
Q: What is to stop anyone from making fraudulent click throughs.
A: We collect the IP of the clicker of your ad. You can run a report to see which IP's have clicked your ad. With this report you can see if there are fraudulent clicks. The Stork's Store checks for duplicate IPs weekly and will credit your account for them.
